Finish easy pure-wide and locale-convert groups on unixstl::filesystem_traits / system_traits W specialisations (path separators/classification, path_str_, home_w, get_environment_variable raw+rb); keep unfinished groups declared for compatibility (path resolve, cwd, dir enum, expand, load/free); bump header majors to 5.0.1 / 7.0.1. Add unit coverage for path_str_ and wide path classification, and component coverage for wide home/env via environment_variable_scope; leave rb merge stubs empty pending the resizeable_buffer branch.
