Update the README Agent Skill section with the verified skills CLI install command for the Prism runtime skill. The section now explains what the skill teaches and links to skills/prism-runtime/SKILL.md. Verification: - pnpm lint - pnpm --filter @prism/docs build No runtime behavior changes.
