The job duplicated _generate_rubric_summary in flow_handlers.py, which is the live implementation. Command was in DEBUG category and no longer needed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Deletes get_rubrics_handler.py, SECTIONS, _generate_rubric_summary, GetRubricsChooseRubricHandler, and all associated consts/registry/import wiring. The command had no replacement — removal is intentional. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
