Founder verbatim 2026-05-29 17:59 EDT: 'i need it all done full seriea a no bandaids full fixi upgrades innnvoate an veovel afollow doctirn now'

See coordination/CURSOR_PHASE_2_INNOVATE_AND_EVOLVE.md.

What's in scope

  • Track A: agi-forecast FG-S1→S4 production-grade TypeScript + Lean theorems + Putnam harness improvements + competitive matrix generator
  • Track B: cross-organ runtime instillation completion (anatomy-alive end-to-end PASS, not STAGED)
  • Track C: UDS v0.3.0 release-cut workflow path (Cursor's no-fake-signed-assets boundary preserved)
  • Track D: innovation tier — pick at least 2 of 5 surface capabilities investors haven't seen

Doctrine v6 preserved

  • DO NOT touch a11oy#57, amaru#46, sentra#45 (DRAFT relicense)
  • DO NOT toggle branch protection
  • arXiv stage-only
  • DU = Unicorn Delivery Service preserved; SZL UDS = Unified Decision Span (Andrew Greene 2026-05-22 endorsement)

Handshake

Continue daily-status proxy pattern (.github#76 set the template).

…-A-ready

Founder directive 2026-05-29 17:59 EDT: full Series-A, no bandaids, innovate and evolve. Phase 2 builds on Cursor's clean Phase 1 + daily-status discipline.

Tracks: FG-S1→S4 production (agi-forecast), cross-organ runtime (anatomy-alive end-to-end), UDS v0.3.0 release-cut path (Cursor's honest boundary respected), innovation tier (theorem-dep viewer, regression dashboard, replay video, public reference benchmark, contributor scoring).

## Summary

Adds `coordination/CURSOR_READ_THESE_TWO_FIRST.md` so Cursor isn't lost
across 11 open coordination PRs.

## Why

11 open coordination PRs (#71, #72, #73, #75, #76, #77, #78, #79, #80,
#82, #83) — Cursor needs a single canonical entry point.

## What it does

- Points Cursor at **#82** (canonical 30-day operational plan,
supersedes #71/72/73/75/77/78/79/80)
- Points Cursor at **#83** (canonical theorems plan, supersedes
#78/79/80)
- Includes the **sorry-count reconciliation: 7 not 6** (PhD audit ground
truth)
- Doctrine v6 quick-reference
- PR proxy pattern explanation for `cursor[bot]` `permission: none`
issue
- Sign-off pattern for all Cursor commits

## Doctrine

- No marketing superlatives
- No emoji in `## ###` headers
- Signed off with `-s`
- Honest sorry count (7), honest declaration count (217), honest TH10
status (axiom-structured)

## Founder-approved

…rine v6 strict (#79)

Founder verbatim 2026-05-29 18:08 EDT: 'stop being so slow give it all
full series a make it work stop playign gam3es doctrine no hallucai tons
fully fucntiuonal'

Supersedes the phased approach in #72 and #78. See
`coordination/CURSOR_FULL_THROTTLE_NO_PHASES.md` for all 10 tracks
(A-J).

Cursor runtime auth confirmed broken (cursor[bot] identity, not
org-installed app token). Perplexity continues proxying every PR Cursor
cannot push directly.
