Aligns canonical Hugging Face / public metrics in two Cursor directive docs after the Amaru and Lambda-Gate Space migrations and dataset recounts.

CURSOR_INSTILL_ALL_THEORIES_2026-05-29.md bumps the T0.5 global search-and-replace targets from 24 → 27 Spaces and 29 → 31 datasets (and matching 19+ Spaces wording), and updates the T3.2 HF org Description copy to 27 Spaces · 31 datasets.

CURSOR_ONE_OF_ONE_MASTER_2026-05-30.md refreshes the pre-push canonical numbers line from 24 / 29 to 27 / 31, and 35/35 anchor formula gates to 40/40.

No application code, CI, or infrastructure changes—only internal ops/directive text so future sweeps and public copy match v7 §11 counts.
