headerPopupIcon disappears when changing locale with table.setLocale

Describe the bug
When table.setLocale is called to change the locale of the table, headerPopupIcon disappears.
headerPopupIcon is often used with headerPopup to display the filter menus on the column, so basically this bug causes filtering on table to disappear.

Redrawing the table doesn't fix the issue

table.redraw(true)

Workaround is

table.setLocale(value)
const definitions = table.getColumnDefinitions()
table.setColumns(definitions)

To Reproduce

2. Three dot popup icon to the left of column name disappears

Locale is changed and headerPopupIcon doesn't disappear
