Restore dist folder and minimised pre-compiled scripts

#4896 removed the dist folder from tabulator releases. I don't use npm but just take the minimised scripts/css from the dist folder and add it to my project. Can you please restore the dist folder

@raj-bhaskar-uog We removed the dist folder because it was complicating things and muddying up diffs. I can maybe write a script to attach a compressed file of the dist folder to the release if that's helpful for you?

Seems you got ahead of yourself as the docs here:

Say:
"If you are working in a browser environment where you want to load the files directly in browser then you will need to pull in both the tabulator.js and tabulator.css files. These come in both minified and unminified variants"

I would say restoring the files is necessary or the docs need to specify this no longer a supported option.

@raj-bhaskar-uog how do you usually download them? Do you just go to the master branch on Github, navigate to the dist folder, then download?

@aklaver how did you used to get them?

We're going to keep dist out of master and out of PRs also, but maybe we can include them somewhere else? Like in the releases artifacts or something like that. Just trying to figure out the way people use them.

Here's what we're doing - we're going to add a dist.zip to each new release, this will contain the 'production' files for use, we'll also update the docs to match.

@rathboma thanks. As @aklaver said, there used to be a dist/ directory included in the zip file. Having a separate dist.zip is absolutely fine and works for me.

@aklaver Alright I built and zipped an archive and have attached it to the v6.5.2 release. I've also opened a PR that will automatically do this and attach the archive to the release for new builds (#4956)
