1. To run the app just cd next-exc then on any terminal run node index.js and to run it on chrome , just enter localhost:3000 onto url bar
2. build with html,javascript for front end and node js for backend
3. Before user input 4. ISS will be shown based on the location within every 10 min interval 5. upon clicking the button on popup on the ISS icon, the temperature/weather for the current time at the coordinate is shown
