partner(base): obtain approved Base Sepolia evidence #1

Description

@tang-vu

Human-controlled task

Deploy one RecallOps registry and anchor one approved, verified receipt on Base Sepolia only after the wallet owner approves the exact action, wallet address, maximum testnet ETH cost, irreversibility, and purpose.

  • Identify the public wallet and signer mechanism
  • Set a maximum Base Sepolia gas cap
  • Record explicit approval
  • Deploy on chain ID 84532
  • Execute one product-triggered anchor
  • Verify contract and transaction on the official explorer
  • Add only public evidence to docs/evidence

Do not use Base mainnet, purchased funds, or a repository private key. Local Anvil evidence does not close this issue.

    Automated readiness update (2026-09-02 UTC):

    • Commit d2ddd96 is on main; all jobs passed in CI run https://github.com/tang-vu/recallops/actions/runs/33590147056.
    • The official public RPC returned chain ID 84532, block 46,276,519, and gas price 6,000,000 wei.
    • A Foundry simulation used a dummy submitter, requested no signature, did not broadcast, and estimated 555,569 gas at a 0.011 gwei maximum fee, or 0.000006111259 testnet ETH for deployment under that observation.
    • Browser, hardware, encrypted-keystore, and remote signer paths remain available. No raw key is accepted by RecallOps.

    No public transaction exists and the Base multiplier remains unclaimed. The remaining human input is the exact public wallet and signer choice, faucet funding with free Base Sepolia ETH, and explicit approval of the irreversible deployment plus one verified receipt anchor under an agreed testnet ETH cap.
