Record the script in docs/demo-script.md, keeping the Session 1 to Session 2 sequence continuous and unedited.

• Show distinct PIDs, session UUIDs, UTC timestamps, and commit hash
• Show exact recalled failure evidence and changed decision
• Keep fixture and local integration labels visible
• Include partner proof only if real evidence exists
• Keep total duration between 2 and 5 minutes
• Review for secrets and approve upload separately
