Prepare corrective v1.0.1 release

Purpose

Prepare the corrective v1.0.1 release after fixing cross-platform provenance checks.

• updates release metadata, citations, licensing attribution, and both paper editions;
• regenerates the Italian and English PDFs with the same Libertinus layout;
• updates the Git-index-safe SHA-256 manifest;
• records that the protocol, canonical campaign, numerical results, and scientific conclusions are unchanged.

The frozen protocol v4.2 and canonical dataset are unchanged.

• 67 Python unit tests pass
