Add functionality to record audio and generate transcript every 15 seconds, sending it to the specified URL. * Add `transcriptIntervalRef` to manage the interval for sending transcripts. * Modify `handleStartRecording` to start listening and initialize the interval. * Modify `handleStopRecording` to stop listening and clear the interval. * Add `sendTranscript` function to send the transcript to `http://127.0.0.1:5000/generate_question`. * Add `startListening` function to handle speech recognition and start the interval. * Add `stopListening` function to clear the interval. * Ensure the transcript is not shown to the candidate but only to the interviewer.
