[drift] portfolio registry out of sync

The portfolio registry (registry/repositories.yaml) has drifted from the live organisation or contains invalid records.

• 'dea-release-package' exists in the org but is missing from the registry

Warnings (tracked, non-blocking):

• duplicate class_alias 'DI': dea-catalog-agent-foundry and dea-catalog-digital-identities
• 19 private registry records are not visible to the listing token; skipping existence and flag checks for them. Set ORG_REPOS_TOKEN (org-wide read) for full checks.

Edit registry/repositories.yaml to resolve, then run scripts/generate_portfolio.py. This issue auto-closes when the registry is back in sync.
