- ffmpeg-static is declared in optionalDependencies but proxy.js was requiring it unconditionally, which broke startup when the binary failed to install. Wrap the require in try/catch. - Add fly.toml so the app can be deployed to Fly.io with 'fly launch' / 'fly deploy' using the existing Dockerfile.
