Resolved conflicts by adopting main's refactoring that moved common options to cliext/option-sets.yaml, then applied the original fix (temporal -> temporalio) to the new location. Changes: - Accepted main's structural changes (option-sets approach) - Applied path fix to cliext/option-sets.yaml - Regenerated cliext/flags.gen.go with correct path
