Adds the
gke_podandnetwork_typefields to thedestinationblock of thegoogle_network_management_connectivity_testresource to support GKE Pod and network type specification for destination endpoints. Also includes the corresponding acceptance tests.Derived from GoogleCloudPlatform/magic-modules#17255
