Summary

add explicit namespace scoping for the Spritz operator cache
parse a comma-separated watch namespace env var and deduplicate entries
wire the operator Helm chart to pass configured watch namespaces

Testing

cd /Users/onur/repos/spritz/operator && go test . -run TestParseWatchNamespaces -count=1
