test(e2e): add ACP preset smoke harness

Summary

• add a reusable ACP smoke helper library for service-principal workspace provisioning checks
• add an executable end-to-end smoke script that exercises create, idempotent replay, deny rules, readiness, and ACP prompting for OpenClaw and Claude Code
• cover the harness-specific parsing and failure summarization behavior with unit tests
