Add a wireguard_port parameter to nb_new() and ClientOptions. Setting it to 0 lets the OS pick a random port, avoiding conflicts with existing WireGuard/NetBird instances on the same machine. A value of -1 (or None in Rust) uses the NetBird default (51820).
