Windows security updates (KB5079473, 2026-03-11) block DllMain thread creation in c-shared Go DLLs. Switch to c-archive (static linking) on Windows to avoid the loader lock issue. Pin GOTOOLCHAIN to go1.25.5 for gvisor build tag compatibility with Go 1.26. Add android target detection for cross-compilation.
Go 1.25 enforces strict go:linkname rules. wlynxg/anet links to net.zoneCache which is rejected. Pass -ldflags=-checklinkname=0 for Android targets to allow the linkname reference.
Patch NetBird engine to handle nil MobileDependency on Android (RunOnAndroidEmbed with stub IFaceDiscover/NetworkChangeListener). Add logcat writer for Go logrus output. Add 30s timeout to Start(). Nil-check TunAdapter, NetworkChangeListener, DnsReadyListener in engine code paths.
