[Feature Request] Make a Dummy Keyboard

A dummy keyboard would be perfect to test features of VIA before buying a keyboard or keyboard kit since not all of KB supports every functions of VIA. That would also let people try remapping, custom keycodes and try to see if custom dead keys are possible. That would be really usefu to help people know what they wanna buy.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as i know, Via does not support dead keys (QMK does). In Via you would use layers for that and a OSL key to trigger them, if you want to mimic the dead key functionality.

Another way of managing dead keys is actually by creating a custom layout (like colemak/dvorak). You can use tools like Ukelele (macos) or manually edit some simple XML files. If you go this route you can even change the AltGr/AltGr+Shift layers for things like numbers/symbols. Super useful if you're stuck with laptop keyboard, but need some of the Via/QMK functionality without having the hardware.
