Fix matrix row count for cmm_studio/fuji65 (6 → 5)
The Fuji65's info.json in the firmware (qmk_firmware/keyboards/cmm_studio/fuji65) defines 5 matrix rows (B5, B4, D7, D6, B6), and the matrix diagram confirms only row indices 0–4 are ever used. This file declares 6 rows, which causes VIA to miscalculate the per-layer EEPROM write offset for every layer past Layer 0: Layer 1 writes land one row off, Layer 2 two rows off, and so on. Verified against actual firmware source and confirmed the fix restores correct key programming.
