The lab now runs Grafana 13.2.3 and cloudflared 2026.10.0 (Renovate updates). This updates the pinned tags in the example compose files, the pin-versions example, and the Grafana test runbook, so its throwaway Grafana stays the same version as the real one (the 13.2.3 tarball URL was checked: 200).
