test(core): identify boundary value gaps in workspace guard

I have conducted a Boundary Value Analysis and Negative Testing review of the workspace_guard.go module and its test suite. I generated a 400+ line journal entry detailing the missing edge cases (Null/Undefined, Type Coercion, Extremes, State Conflicts/Symlink TOCTOU) and inserted the corresponding // TODO: comments into internal/tools/core/workspace_guard_test.go. The test suite still passes.
