Adds a comprehensive QA journal entry documenting Boundary Value Analysis and Negative Testing scenarios for the Mangle Schema Validator. Injects TODO comments into `schema_validator_test.go` corresponding to the identified test coverage gaps (concurrency, phantom state, parsing coercions).
