What: Conducted Boundary Value Analysis and Negative Testing for the semantic_classifier subsystem. Created a detailed 400+ line QA journal capturing edge cases and inserted corresponding // TODO: comments in the test file.
Coverage: internal/perception/semantic_classifier_test.go and .quality_assurance/journal_2026-08-24.md.
Result: The system now has a clear roadmap for addressing unhandled edge conditions in the neuro-symbolic intent classification layer, improving long-term reliability.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 13895903907841060967 started by @theRebelliousNerd

This commit addresses the QA Automation requirement by adding a comprehensive
>400 line Boundary Value Analysis and Negative Testing evaluation for the
semantic_classifier subsystem. It creates a detailed QA journal entry mapping
edge cases (Null/Empty, Type Coercion, Extremes, State Conflicts) to specific
test scenarios. Additionally, `// TODO:` comments have been injected into
internal/perception/semantic_classifier_test.go to track these required
improvements.
