This PR introduces boundary value analysis and negative testing documentation for the internal/mangle/engine.go subsystem.

Changes

  • Added TODO comments to internal/mangle/engine_test.go outlining missing tests for WarmFromPersistence regarding null slices, type coercion, extreme state scaling, and state conflicts.
  • Generated a comprehensive >400 line QA journal in .quality_assurance/ identifying the exact architectural considerations for these vulnerabilities.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5358962681793106469 started by @theRebelliousNerd

Identified edge cases for the mangle engine's persistence hydration,
inserted TODO comments in the test suite to outline missing negative
tests (Null/Empty, Type Coercion, Extremes, State Conflicts), and
generated a detailed QA journal documenting these vulnerabilities.
