Description
Add cross-namespace support for AI Gateway
QuotaPolicytargets.A
QuotaPolicycan now target anAIServiceBackendin another namespace by settingtargetRefs[].namespace. If the namespace is omitted, it defaults to theQuotaPolicynamespace, preserving existing behavior.The change:
AIServiceBackendtargets using fully qualifiednamespace/nameidentities.QuotaPolicyresources across namespaces when building route quota configuration.QuotaPolicyis deleted.QuotaPolicyCRD, generated deepcopy code, API documentation, and quota-policy documentation.Related Issues/PRs (if applicable)
