api: remove unused GCPWorkloadIdentityProvider type - #2818

Description
GCPWorkloadIdentityProvideris not referenced by any API field or controller code inv1alpha1orv1beta1. This removes the type from both API versions, along with its generated deepcopy functions and entries insite/docs/api/api.mdx. CRD manifests are unaffected since the type was never part of any CRD schema. Versioned docs are left untouched.Related Issues/PRs (if applicable)
