Release effect

Merging this PR into master triggers the existing publish workflow, which builds and publishes ./dist to npm using NPM_AUTH_TOKEN.

Validation already completed

• chore: support Node 24 #519 CI passed on Node 18.19 and Node 24
• local npm ci, npm run lint, npm run test, npm run build
• packed dist installed on Node 24 with npm install --engine-strict
• downstream dry-run install completed for matters-server and matters-web

Notes

After npm publishes 0.3.2, update matters-server and matters-web lockfiles to consume it in their Node 24 PRs.

Closing for now: Node 24 validation should proceed on develop/staging first. We will release to master/npm only after the full server/web upgrade path is ready.
