chore: redeploy develop to staging (seven-day-book)

重新觸發 develop → staging 部署。

原因：#4841/#4842 從 fork（yingshinlee）合併，fork 觸發的 pull_request 事件拿不到 repository secrets，導致 deploy.yml 的 build 在 AWS 步驟失敗（aws-region 空值）、staging 未更新、migration 未跑。

此 PR 為 base repo 內部分支（空 commit），合併後以帶 secrets 的 context 部署現在的 develop HEAD（已含 #4841 campaign discussion + #4842 quote wall 及兩支 migration）到 matters.icu。
