- right aside: discussion on top, participants below (was participants top) - quote wall: move from the aside to a pull-quote band in the centre column, shown on every viewport; uniform pull-quote cards (drop the random sticky-note colours) and remove the ✨ from the title - mobile: discussion + participants both shrink to one-line chips that open their dialog/drawer (the participants chip is new) - keep CircleCommentForm, the back-to-article link, retract, and the participants drawer Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
