ZeroOne Foundry

ZeroOne Foundry is an unofficial collection of 80 source-grounded operating skills inspired by Zero to One, all nineteen CS183 class-note essays, and five long-form Peter Thiel interviews and lectures.

It helps agents and founders:

• distinguish genuine creation from imitation;
• find contrarian truths and neglected secrets;
• design a small starting market, durable advantage, and distribution system;
• reason about founders, teams, incentives, sales, AI, hard tech, biotech, institutions, and technological progress;
• preserve source fidelity while separating evidence from speculation.

This project contains original procedures, paraphrases, source anchors, and examples. It does not redistribute the full book or transcripts. It is independent and unofficial, and is not affiliated with Peter Thiel, Founders Fund, Blake Masters, or the publishers of Zero to One.
