Bump the package version from 0.5.0rc1 to 0.5.0 and add the v0.5.0 changelog entry. v0.5.0-rc.1 was tagged but never promoted or published; this stable release supersedes it.

The Release workflow requires the dispatched version to match
dragonsniff._version.__version__exactly. A0.5.0dispatch against currentmainfails in preflight (Requested version 0.5.0 does not match package version 0.5.0rc1).v0.5.0-rc.1cannot be completed: its tag points atd7c47eb, and the tag-target guard correctly refuses to release a different commit under an existing tag. v0.5.0 supersedes it. The rc.1 tag is left in place.Validation
