Document the initial public-source release scope and verify the contribution gate before publication.
The source release contains composition specifications, preserved desktop/host/recovery requirements, pinned public Lina source, contribution guidance and repository-owned CI. No OS image or installer is included.
Validation: 35 CI-control tests, source contracts, anonymous pinned references, complete-history privacy, actionlint and Gitleaks passed locally. The scanner also detects removed SVG/lockfile secrets and private filenames. In run 34135863866 an intentionally undefined module caused contracts and dev-gate to fail while security passed; the non-draft, conflict-free PR was BLOCKED. The synthetic error and temporary trigger diagnostic are now removed. Current hosted candidate checks must be green before merging.
This change does not install software, invoke model providers, publish an OS artifact or certify guest behavior.
