Promote the reviewed initial Lina OS public source from dev to main under the owner's instruction to complete the CI/publication cleanup.
The source provides composition specifications, preserved desktop/host/recovery requirements, a publicly retrievable Lina revision, Apache-2.0 notices, contribution templates and repository-owned parallel contracts/security checks. The development gate's failure and blocked-merge path were exercised before the corrected PR merged.
Validation: the current combined merge candidate must pass release-gate, contracts and security. See docs/RELEASE_NOTES.md for source-release scope. This promotion does not publish an OS artifact or claim installation, boot, GUI or recovery acceptance.
