Stable release

This PR completes Ring View 0.10.0 and promotes the tested Ring-MQTT parity work from beta to a normal release.

Included

  • use official Ring, Ring-MQTT, or a mixed set of entities without changing the card editor or visual design
  • play Ring-MQTT Event Select recordings and refresh expiring or failed signed links
  • request and verify fresh Ring-MQTT snapshots before saving them
  • use Ring-MQTT Ding and motion timestamps for activity information
  • detect repeated and rapid Ring-MQTT doorbell presses while the Ding sensor remains on
  • keep official Ring doorbell events protected against stale, backward, and reconnect timestamps
  • support both integrations in the same phone-notification blueprint
  • update an immediate phone alert with only a fresh official recording or Ring-MQTT Ding snapshot
  • keep the temporary header bell, centered Open live view action, and explicit Activity label consistent across card and viewer states

Documentation

  • add a plain-language official Ring versus Ring-MQTT feature table to the README
  • document the recommended mixed setup: Ring-MQTT recordings, snapshots, Ding, motion, and notification preview with the official Ring Live camera for talkback
  • explain where to select Ding 1, Motion 1, older events, and transcoded Event Select recordings
  • explain how to overwrite an older blueprint while preserving existing automation inputs
  • document that Ring-MQTT Snapshot Mode must include Ding, with Interval + Ding recommended when periodic dashboard images are also wanted
  • include the completed code- and test-backed official Ring realtime-listener reliability analysis

Edge cases

  • repeated presses during Ring-MQTT's 180-second Ding window
  • equivalent numeric, numeric-string, and ISO event timestamps
  • stale retained MQTT state, reconnects, startup, backward time, malformed attributes, and future clock skew
  • camera updates racing the first notification call
  • motion or periodic snapshots arriving while the automation waits for a Ding preview
  • preview timeout without falling back to an old image
  • Event Select missing, transcoding, expired, or browser-rejected recordings
  • viewer closure, suspension, mode changes, and Home Assistant reconnection during pending work

Verification

  • 194 unit and component tests passed
  • 116 browser scenarios passed across desktop and phone projects
  • TypeScript check passed
  • production build passed
  • blueprint YAML parsed and imported successfully in Home Assistant
  • live Home Assistant template cases covered both integrations, repeated Dings, timestamp normalization, reconnect freshness, and preview filtering
  • GitHub validation passed
