Summary

  • document the approved validation and publication program
  • publish independent review and implementation contracts
  • document Phase 3 system nomination requirements
  • record successful GitHub publication URLs and blocked external channels
  • retain the current personal-use licence and NOT_PROD_READY verdict

Published calls

Validation

  • 20 repository checks passed
  • 19 bounded-claim guards passed
  • readiness evidence remains structurally honest and NOT_PROD_READY
  • 182 tests passed
  • expected PARTIAL demo behavior
  • git diff --check clean

Dependency

This PR targets agent/prod-readiness and remains draft until #3 receives required independent approval and merges. It does not include or claim completion of Phase 2 semantic probes; that implementation remained blocked after review found a high-severity erasure-evidence privacy issue.

Superseded by the integrated and released v0.4.0 work.

PR #3 merged to main at b21e4c1f5b67d0781aeff7636c1c03f2d1b459d4, and the resulting immutable tag/release is available at https://github.com/thomaswillner/llm-errata/releases/tag/v0.4.0. The current release includes the validation/publication program plus later semantic, adapter, conformance, contributor-feedback, and release-policy work that this older branch does not contain.

The evidence boundary remains unchanged: v0.4.0 is NOT_PROD_READY; G2–G6 remain ongoing work. Closing this draft avoids presenting an obsolete branch as an active integration path. No contributor work is discarded; relevant history remains in the merged branch chain and publication log.
