- build-and-push.yml now fires on push to main with VERSION file changes instead of chaining from test-coverage CI status.
- test-coverage.yml comment updated to reflect independence.
- Fixed npm/npx → yarn references in README to match project.
- Added One-Click AI Setup Prompt to README — copy-paste instructions for AI assistants to auto-install and configure MCP.
- Updated CHANGELOG.md entries for all changes.
