Adds a new app that displays the current 5-minute spot price from ComEd's Hourly Pricing program. Price is color-coded green (cheap), yellow (moderate), or red (expensive). Includes a 1-hour sparkline trend. Uses the public ComEd API — no API key required. Useful for ComEd customers on the Hourly Pricing program in the Chicago area.
