This is currently on hold. Stripe has a bug in their Schedule API that prevents tier from adding a specific payment method to the schedule, rendering this PR useless unless tier meddles with the customer's global default payment method just in time and before creating or updating a schedule. It also means each phase will pickup whatever the default card is. This isn't a reasonable default, but one we may need to accept until Stripe fixes this issue, which may not happen for some time.
