Up-to-date infrastructure map

Alright!

1. All synced up with the YC version of the infrastructure map (some things, like Jekyll, are still broken out here).
2. All links now point to Roam pages rather than markdown files.
3. Tweaked the color-coding a bit:
   • Green double circle: "Static" data source/sink (for our purposes)
   • Green ovals: Externally-facing services (Twitter, etc.)
   • Blue ovals: "Internal" infrastructure (GitHub, Netlify, etc.)
   • Blue rectangles: Applets/Functions/Tools (create-post, etc.)
   • Red arrows: Process kicked off by a human doing something
   • Black arrows: Automatic processes
   • Grey boxes: Group sub-components of Netlify, Google, IFTTT, etc.
4. Created instructions for developing locally or creating an SVG directly.

Maybe we want to move (or fork) this repo into the main YC team?
