Two independent macOS ARM builds failed while copying the Capture browser helper into the DMG: No space left on device under /Volumes/Focalet Capture, after the application package had passed verification.

Build HFS+ images with explicit capacity based on the complete logical file sizes, block rounding, catalogue entries and filesystem headroom. This avoids relying on source-folder auto-sizing for sparse or compressed binaries and does not follow the Applications shortcut into the build host. Both products retain compressed DMGs, mounted payload comparison and code-signature verification.

Validation: 66 focused tests pass locally, including sparse payload sizing, external symlink exclusion, both products' DMG creation/verification flow, installer versions, release publication and package contracts. All required native PR checks passed at 98dc988f0d24c33b9b9c2b91e460fc6807361a30; both Mac architectures successfully built, mounted and verified the actual Capture DMGs. v0.3.1 has not been published; this fixes its packaging without changing the accepted Capture UI or paste behavior.
