Rich chat inputs can refresh their accessibility provider while handling an image. Focalet previously queried the saved provider first and reported any failed query or new editor provider as a changed input, interrupting ordered paste. Resolve the focused editor afresh for each step, wait briefly through inaccessible or non-editor focus states, and recognize only a unique replacement of the removed editor within its original live container. A pre-existing sibling, another container or window, protected input, changed clipboard, or user typing/navigation still stops the batch; accepted steps are never replayed.
Add native rich-editor fixtures that remount after each paste or focus an upload control temporarily, plus negative cases for a retained original editor, another container and a pre-existing sibling. Preserve image/context order, draft/caret, ordinary timing, silent completion and no Enter. Version 0.3.2 includes the fix.
Validation: 19 shared capture contracts, Windows-targeted builds, documentation and JavaScript syntax checks pass locally. Native Windows acceptance and install/start/uninstall checks pass. Two regions complete in 1.424 seconds even when the rich editor remounts after every step; temporary upload-button focus completes in 2.115 seconds. Different-editor/container/sibling and same-input navigation cases stop correctly. All required Capture and Desktop native checks pass on Windows, Ubuntu, Mac Apple Silicon and Mac Intel. This addresses concrete accessibility identity failure cases; the reported Codex Desktop session has not been reproduced on the available machine.
