Proposal: Switch from pip + virtualenv to poetry

Poetry is a package manager for python which includes functionality provided by virtualenv and has additional useful features such as lockfiles which replaces requirements.txt. As an added bonus, poetry also has good Nix support.

I'm using your project with pipenv, as long it remains consistent with such solution that might sound reasonable.
