use coefs in dev/Data/ModelLTcoefs.R to write model lifetable functions and utilities.

1. get formulas to produce standard from coefs. Hopefully no fortran reverse engineering needed.
2. write functions to produce and scale standards
3. transform functions for fitting to data
4. extrapolation options?
5. graduation defaults for single ages

when done, write OPAG_stable(), and OPAG() using models.

Here are some tasks related to model lifetables. These are medium priority right now, but can be done when there's a chance.

• See new package https://github.com/timriffe/DemoToolsData, which is for stashing data objects that would otherwise weigh down packages from the DemoTools family. We should include lookup tables there, as many as possible (UN, CD, others)
• Create grabber function, assuming user knows name, level, etc.
• Create grabber function where the user gives parameters. In this case, the closest match is returned. Interpolation is allowed within the lookup table in order to make this run smoother.
• Is it possible to make a model_lt() function so general that it doesn't care whether you want wilmoth vs a lookup?
