A drawer install wrote DEVICE=<drawer>/Devs/Networks/anx*.device (absolute) while naming its commands through AmiNetXDuo:. Moving the assign to a new drawer then paired the new library with the old drawer's drivers — the A1200 failure that #126 fixed at the ABI level.

Drawer layout now writes DEVICE=AmiNetXDuo:Devs/Networks/anx*.device; the system layout is unchanged (DEVS:Networks/...). D_ANX* stay absolute for the .old/.new staging. run-workbench.sh -D accepts the assign form and fails a drawer install that writes anything else for an anx driver.

Scope: newly written interface files only. KEEP_OLD/reused and hand-copied files keep whatever they hold; with #126 an old driver under a newer library works again (real A1200, 08:34Z), so those keep running.

Evidence: the assign form was proven on the real PiStorm32 A1200 (08:43Z): fixed library + fixed anxgenet/anxnet opened via DEVICE=AmiNetXDuo:Devs/Networks/..., genet and eth0 online with DHCP. Source-reviewed by codex-amiga and deepseek-flash, no blocker. CI has no drawer-mode install arm; the next real install on the A1200 exercises it.

A drawer install wrote DEVICE=<drawer>/Devs/Networks/anx*.device, an
absolute path, while it names its commands through the AmiNetXDuo:
assign. Moving the assign to a new drawer then ran the new library
with the old drawer's drivers. On the A1200 that was a 144042c
anxnet/anxgenet under d6b6a7e: both interfaces register and no frame
crosses (ne2000_pcmcia pairing, playhouse3: new driver passes, old
driver tx 0 / rx 0), so DHCP never completes.

The DEVICE= line now names AmiNetXDuo:Devs/Networks/... in drawer
mode; the system layout is unchanged. run-workbench.sh -D accepts
that form and fails a drawer install that writes anything else for
an anx driver.
