Remove unavailable demos from Featured recipes

The Featured recipes table no longer promises two deployments that return Vercel 404 pages. Saigon Happy Hour Sniper remains in its existing Travel category, World Cup Briefing remains discoverable under Research & Market Intelligence, and both recipe READMEs now mark their demos as unavailable instead of linking visitors to dead pages.

Validation: both removed URLs returned HTTP 404 on August 31, 2026, and git diff --check passes.
