Drop the rubocop-herb repro examples from the herb PR #2260 comparison - #9

The examples in repro/rubocop-herb/ track the open issues of tk0miya/rubocop-herb and are replaced when they are fixed, so they are not a stable input for the comparison. Compare the PR version and rubocop-herb on the examples of the existing tools (20 files) and the edge cases (32 files with them), and re-count the offenses and the autocorrect results.
