1. staged만 바뀐 문서가 Modified로 분류되는 문제 → 수정 (6ccdf2f)

• git add 후 working tree를 HEAD 내용으로 되돌리면 status가 MM으로 나와 Modified에 남고, 정작 diff를 열면 변경이 없었습니다.
• index와 working tree가 모두 바뀐 문서(MM, MT 등)만 따로 모아 git diff --name-only HEAD로 다시 확인하고, HEAD와 실제로 다를 때만 Modified로 분류합니다. 해당 문서가 있을 때만 git을 한 번 더 실행합니다.
• M , M처럼 한쪽만 바뀐 경우와 New, 삭제 문서 처리는 그대로입니다.
• 테스트: staged 후 원복 → 제외, staged 후 다시 수정 → Modified.

2. Windows 경로 구분자 → 수정 (6ccdf2f)

• 원인은 Rust 쪽에서 git status 경로를 OS 구분자(\)로 바꾸던 것이었습니다. scan 문서 경로는 relative_string이 항상 /로 이어 붙이기 때문에 Windows에서 서로 맞지 않았습니다.
• 프론트에서 정규화하는 대신 변환 자체를 없애서 git이 주는 / 경로를 그대로 씁니다. nested repository의 dir/ prefix 매칭도 함께 정상화됩니다.

3. Docstring coverage 경고 → 반영하지 않음

• 이 repo는 동작이 자명하지 않은 곳에만 주석을 다는 스타일이라 coverage를 맞추기 위한 docstring은 추가하지 않았습니다.
